Framing Has Begun!
The vision is quickly becoming a reality as framing is now underway. One of the most exciting milestones so far has been the installation of the large structural metal beams, which provide essential support and help secure the home’s main living spaces.
Seeing the structure rise from the foundation gives everyone involved a much better glimpse of what this incredible home will become. With its lake-front setting and thoughtfully planned design, this is going to be a truly special place to call home.

We’re excited to announce that our newest commercial project is officially underway! Reid’s Construction LLC has begun the renovation of the CCSV Fitness Center, working in partnership with the Country Club of Sapphire Valley.
